To help us respond accurately and make sure your project is the right fit for our services, please read the information below before completing the enquiry form.

We use a structured enquiry process because we do not offer private label, white label, ready-made products, free consultations, or free formulation advice.

What We Do

1. Bespoke Formulation Development

This is for founders and brands who have a product idea but do not yet have a professional formula.

We develop formulations from scratch based on your product brief, product goals, texture preferences, ingredient direction, target customer and brand positioning.

This route is suitable if you want a unique formula developed specifically for your brand.

2. Small-Batch Manufacturing

This is for brands that already have a professionally developed and compliant formula ready for production.

To manufacture an existing formula, we will need to review:

• Full professional formula specification sheet
• Stability testing data
• CPSR
• PET / preservative efficacy test, where applicable
• Microbial testing, where applicable
• Packaging details
• Batch size and fill volume

Our manufacturing MOQ starts from 250 units per product.

Please note that we cannot provide an accurate unit cost without reviewing the final formulation, packaging format and production requirements.

3. Regulatory Testing Support

This is for founders and brands who already have a formula and need support navigating the testing process before launch.

We can help coordinate the relevant regulatory testing through third-party labs and assessors, including PET, microbial testing, stability testing and CPSR where applicable.

Please note that regulatory testing is not carried out in-house. We support with coordination, sample preparation and liaison with third-party labs and assessors.

To keep our process focused and suitable for serious projects, we do not offer:

• Private label services
• White label services
• Ready-made products with your label applied
• Pre-made bases
• Free consultations
• Free formulation advice
• Free product strategy calls
• Instant unit costing without a final formula or clear brief
