Description
Emulsi-tix Formulations are quick to design, fast to make and are reliably stable under all conditions. This ingredient can also be used as a problem solver to increase viscosity or improve stability and texture.
The versatility and low use level makes this ingredient economical and easy for every formulator.
How to use Emulsi-tix:
- Disperse the powder in the oil phase at room temperature. Heat the water phase separately to over 70°C and add to the oil phase.
- Ensure the temperature of this mixture stays above 70°C for at least 5 minutes using a water bath or hot plate
- Homogenise the mixture for several minutes until a smooth cream forms using a Silverson homogeniser or similar mixer.
- Transfer onto an overhead stirrer and stir while cooling down to 40°C.
- Add heat sensitive ingredients and stir well.
Use Level:
– As the sole oil-in-gel emulsifier / thickener: 2-4%
– As an additive: 1-3%

There are two weight-based postage options for you when you order:
Next Day Delivery on items ordered before 11am Monday-Friday for £8.95.
(You will need to enter your postcode to get the actual charge as depending on how many items and the weight it is possible this could be higher.)
Standard Delivery on items ordered before 11am Monday-Friday for £4.95.
(You will need to enter your postcode to get the actual charge as depending on how many items and the weight it is possible this could be higher.)

SHIPPING INFO:
Our aim is to dispatch your order to you if your order if placed before 11am Monday (not including Bank Holidays) to Friday within 1 day from our site if you’re using our Next Day Delivery Option & 2-4 days from our site if you’re using our Standard Postage Option.
But depending on when you order the item e.g. over a weekend this could take up to 5 days.

INCORRECT ITEMS SENT OR FAULTY:
If you have received either a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at contact@skinandhairmanufacturinghub.com to make us aware of the issue within 24 hours of receipt of your products, in your email be sure to include your order number, photo evidence, a small description of the issue and any other relevant information such as batch codes. Customers may return any incorrect item/s within 7 days and receive a full refund of the cost of those goods including return shipping cost with proof of postage is supplied, provided they remain in merchantable condition and are unopened in original packaging with tamper seal intact.
